Vanished Order & Ghosting Customer Service: A Warning 👻
I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering this company. My experience has been a complete nightmare, and I feel utterly ignored and ripped off. This company is absolutely terrible to work with. An order of mine says it was “delivered,”but no package was ever delivered to my house. I have attempted to reach a customer service representative on more than 3 attempts via email and the chat feature, and all I receive are emails saying “this email is not actively monitored” and then I am directed to a FAQ page to submit yet another email that also goes unanswered. It is very disheartening that not one person in this entire company has even attempted to assist me. After weeks of being ignored, I finally managed to speak with someone, which prompted me to share the conversation that followed.
Customer: My order claims it was delivered, but I never received it. I’ve sent multiple emails and used your chat feature, and no one has helped me. I'm out a substantial amount of money for glasses I don't have. CS Rep: I am so very sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. I can see you've tried to contact us several times, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of response. Could you please confirm your order number so I can investigate this for you right now? Customer: It's [Order Number]. I’ve already provided this information multiple times. It's been weeks! I just want my prescription glasses or my money back. CS Rep: Thank you. I have your order details now. I am truly sorry for this oversight. I'm processing a complimentary replacement order for you immediately with expedited shipping. There will be no extra charge. Customer: A replacement? Fine. But if this one also gets "lost," I expect an immediate refund, no more questions. This whole process has been a joke. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. I have made a note on your file for a priority refund if the replacement fails to arrive. I will personally monitor the new shipment.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
