I'm writing this to warn other parents about my terrible online shopping experience. We ordered glasses for our 12-year-old, but he had trouble seeing with them. A trip back to the doctor confirmed the pupil distance (PD) was incorrect. The glassesusa site does not prompt you to provide the PD number, and if you don’t know to provide it, they will just assume a value. This meant the glasses were completely wrong for my son. My frustration peaked when I realized you will never be able to reach a human at glassesusa; this forced me to leave a public review and engage in a slow email exchange to get this resolved.
Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated. The glasses we ordered for my son are unusable because you assumed an incorrect pupil distance. I've tried calling but can never reach a live person.
