I was completely ripped off for express shipping on a recent order, and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. My previous orders went smoothly, so I never understood the negative reviews, but now I do. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to leave a review and try to engage with customer service because their site explicitly said "eligible for next day delivery," which I paid $19.95 for, only to receive an email stating my order would take "3 business days"—a blatant lie.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and your website clearly stated it was eligible, yet I just received an email saying my order will take 3 business days. What is going on? I demand a refund for the express shipping fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see your order here, and indeed, it shows an estimated delivery time that exceeds the next-day promise. There may have been an unexpected delay in processing. Customer: An unexpected delay? Your site promised next day. I paid extra for that specific service. This is unacceptable. How can you charge for something you don't provide? I've also tried calling and using chat, and I can't get a human! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us and for the discrepancy in the shipping timeframe. Let me look into your order details right now and see what we can do to resolve this for you. I will submit a request to our billing department immediately to review the express shipping charge. Customer: "Submit a request"? That's what I heard before, and nothing happened. I need to know when my money will be refunded for a service I clearly won't receive. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap with their misleading shipping promises and non-existent customer support.
