This company is simply dishonest, doesn't honor promos, and makes it impossible to collect an offer when the site is full of glitches. There's no customer service 24 hours, no agent. It's utterly unprofessional. That’s why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service – I couldn't believe their proposed solution for their own mistake.
Customer: I am extremely frustrated. I tried to use a BOGO promotion, and your website glitched, so it didn't apply. Now I'm being told you can't just credit me. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. We apologize for any technical issues you experienced. To rectify the missed BOGO offer, our policy requires you to return the original order and then reorder to correctly apply the promotion. Customer: That's absurd! I already have the glasses, and they're the correct style and prescription. Why should I go through the hassle of returning and reordering for your mistake? Can't you just issue a partial refund or store credit? CS Rep: I hear your concerns. Unfortunately, our system is designed to apply promotional offers at the point of sale. The only way to ensure the BOGO is correctly applied is through a return and reorder process. We're unable to issue a direct credit for this type of promotional error. Customer: This is unbelievable. It's completely unfair and inconvenient. You admitted the mistake, yet you're forcing me into a complicated process instead of a simple solution.
