⚠️ A 2.5-Month Nightmare: Endless Runaround and an Order That Never Arrived
I'm sharing this as a warning to spare others the absolute nightmare I've been through. After two and a half months of waiting for an order that never arrived, my frustration has hit its peak. The company's response has been nothing but a prolonged ordeal. As I concluded in my review: My glasses were not delivered and the customer service is giving me a run around. Over and over, saying they will escalate and email in 3-5 business days. It's been 2 and half months. Do not buy from this company. This whole mess started when my order status was stuck on 'shipped' for weeks, which is why I was forced to engage with their customer service in the first place, hoping for a simple answer.
Customer: This is the fifth time I'm calling! It's been almost three months and I still don't have my glasses. Your tracking is useless and every promise to 'escalate' has led to nothing.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the immense frustration and delay you've experienced. This is definitely not the service we aim to provide. Can you please give me your order number so I can pull up your case immediately?
Customer: It's 583910. But what are you going to do that the last four people couldn't? I just want my glasses or my money back. This is ridiculous.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see your case history and I understand why you're upset. The repeated escalations without resolution are unacceptable.
