A Safety Nightmare: Wrong Prescription & Ghost Customer Service 😡
I'm sharing my experience as a warning to anyone considering this website. I desperately needed new safety glasses for work, but what I received was a nightmare. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. After all that, I finally managed to get someone on the line, determined to get a solution for this dangerous mistake.
Customer: Finally, a real person! I've been trying to reach you for days. You sent me the wrong prescription. These glasses are making me dizzy and sick. I can't wear them.
CS Rep: I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and the discomfort this has caused. That is absolutely not the standard we aim for. Can I get your order number to look into this immediately?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. I've already sent emails and tried the chat. I just need the correct glasses. This is a safety issue, and I'm getting nauseous just from trying them on.
CS Rep: Thank you. I've found your order, and I sincerely apologize for this critical error. We will expedite a new, correctly made pair to you at no charge and email you a prepaid return label for the incorrect pair.
Customer: Fine, but how long will that take? I've already wasted so much time, and I need these for my job. I can't believe this happened.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. I am placing the remake order with our highest priority status. You should receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours. I will personally monitor the order and send you a direct update.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
