This is my terrible online shopping experience, and I hope it serves as a warning to others. I was outright ripped off by this company. I ordered glasses and specifically paid for “next-day delivery” for an extra $19.95, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days to process! Where is the next day in that? Then, trying to get a refund for a service they didn't provide was a nightmare – an automated business with no human intervention, just bots and endless phone menus. I felt compelled to leave this review and finally engage customer service because they are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and you sent me an email saying it would take three business days. That’s false advertising, and I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I see you paid for expedited shipping. Sometimes, there can be a processing delay before the actual shipping commences. Customer: Processing delay for next-day delivery with plano lenses? That's not what "next-day" means! I was charged for a service I didn't receive. I expect a full refund for that specific fee. CS Rep: I apologize that your experience did not meet the "next-day" expectation. Let me look into your order details. Given the circumstances you described, I can certainly process a full refund for the $19.95 delivery charge. Customer: Thank you for that, but this whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. It shouldn's be this hard to get what I paid for.
