I’m writing this as a warning after a terrible online shopping experience. I paid an extra $19.95 because the site claimed my order was “eligible for next day delivery,” but hours later, an email informed me it would take three days just to process. Trying to contact a real person was a battle against automated systems, which led me to a stark conclusion: This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers.
